Flavia is a communicative and detail-oriented team member who enjoys connecting with people to create a studio experience that feels open and inviting. She joined the ilu move team in 2025 and supports the studio in its daily operations, communication and customer care – always with warmth and dedication.

Flavia completed her education at the Sportgymnasium Aarau specializing in dance. With her background in dance, she naturally found her way to Pilates and quickly developed a deep appreciation for mindful, intentional movement. She has worked as a dance teacher, alongside gaining valuable experience in service, administration and client support.

She is currently studying Media and Communication Studies at the University of Zurich, where she continues to grow her passion for communication, organisation and digital media. Outside of the studio, she enjoys meeting friends for coffee or good food, traveling and reading.
