Vassilis is a physiotherapist from Greece who recently moved to Zurich. Through his studies and clinical work, he developed a strong interest in Pilates and its unique ability to combine strength, control and mindful movement.

His background in physiotherapy allows him to understand movement of the body from a unique perspective. He is passionate about helping clients better understand their bodies, move with confidence and discover the benefits of building strength through mindful movement. Expect thoughtful guidance and attention to detail in every class, creating an environment where progress feels both rewarding and enjoyable.

Outside of the studio, Vassilis enjoys exploring Zurich, staying active and discovering new places around the city.
